At this time, it is even more important to look after yourselves than ever.


Make sure you: 

- exercise everyday.

- eat a balanced diet.

- care for your body by brushing your hair, brushing your teeth and washing your body everyday.

- do things that you enjoy... but not the same thing all day long!

- connect with your family, friends and teachers.
